A real person reads every message that comes through this form -- there's no ticket queue or auto-responder standing between you and an answer. Include what you're trying to build or replace and we can usually give you a useful answer on the first reply, not just a request for more information.
If you're not sure who to talk to
Most messages start as a sales question and end up touching security, pricing, or a specific integration -- that's fine. You don't need to sort your question into the right bucket first; describe what you're trying to figure out and we'll route it internally.
Before you write in
If you already know roughly what you're trying to build or replace, mentioning it up front saves a round trip -- the tool you're currently using, the workflow that isn't fitting, or the specific thing you need to see before you'd trust ViibeStack with it. General questions are just as welcome; there's no format this form expects.
If you'd rather see it than ask about it
Some questions are faster to answer by just looking at the product than by describing it in an email -- how the app builder actually feels to use, what a generated app looks like, whether a specific workflow is realistic. Starting a free build and seeing it firsthand can sometimes answer more than a back-and-forth would.
