Customer stories

Real apps, built and launched by real ViibeStack customers -- with real accounts and real users, not demos.

Why these are different from typical case studies

Most vendor case studies describe a rollout of software that already existed. These are different: each one describes an app that didn't exist until the customer described it, generated, and deployed on ViibeStack -- with its own users, its own data, and its own team logging in from day one, not a slide deck about a pilot program.

What was actually built

The specific workflow the team needed -- not a generic template stretched to fit.

How fast it happened

From description to a real, usable app, typically in days, not a quarter-long implementation.

What they own now

Their own data, in their own workspace -- see how that compares to the alternative in Buy vs. Build.

More stories, as they happen

This page grows as more ViibeStack customers launch real apps with real users -- each story reflects genuinely current numbers pulled from the app itself, not a static write-up frozen on launch day. Check back, or ask us directly if you want to talk to a customer about their experience before you commit.

What to look for in a customer story

Not the polish of the write-up -- the specifics underneath it. Whether the app has real, distinct user accounts or just seed data. Whether the numbers update automatically or were typed in once at launch. Whether the story describes an actual workflow or a generic feature list. Those details are the difference between a case study and a screenshot with a caption.

If you'd rather talk to a customer directly

A write-up only goes so far. If seeing real usage data or hearing directly from someone who's actually running their business on a ViibeStack-built app would help your decision, ask -- that kind of introduction is easier to arrange than most vendors make it sound.
